Hi, I'm Kayla

It's nice to meet you virtually!

I want to make nutrition simple and easy because let’s face it, diet culture sucks!

I was born and raised in New York, currently living in NYC! Completed my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics at New York University (NYU) and my master's degree at Northeastern University in Applied Nutrition . In March 2023, I completed my dietetic internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell. After my internship, I completed my Nutrition Fellowship in  NICU/OB/Pediatric at NewYork-Presbyterian.


Whew...... that was a lot to get through LOL. As you may have picked up, I am very passionate about nutrition and have the education to support it. I also am a senior Pilates instructor, which I absolutely love!
