Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
½ cup nut or seed butter of choice
1/3 cup sweetener, I used honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed meal
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Method:
1.) In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix well, till combined. Use a cookie sccop to form ~1 tablespoon sized balls. Place in fridge till set, enjoy! Store in air-tight container in fridge.
